What We Do Every Month
Most of this work is invisible when it is done well. Here is what happens behind the scenes:
- Managed hosting. Your site lives on fast, reliable hosting that we manage directly.
- Software updates. We keep your site's core software and components current, tested, and stable.
- Daily backups. Your site is backed up every day. If something goes wrong, we can restore it.
- Security monitoring. We watch for vulnerabilities, suspicious activity, and threats before they become problems.
- Uptime checks. If your site goes down, we know before you do, and we are already working on it.
Choose Your Plan
Essentials
$65 per month or $750 per year.
Everything listed above. This plan is for websites that stay the same day to day. We keep it secure, backed up, and online. You run your business.
Care
$125 per month.
Everything in Essentials, plus:
- Up to one hour of content updates each month. Text edits, image swaps, and small adjustments to existing pages.
- A brief quarterly report on your site's health and activity.
This plan is for businesses that update hours, staff, photos, or promotions a few times a year and want those changes handled without a separate invoice.
The First 90 Days Are on Us
Every new website we build includes 90 days of care at no charge. Your care plan billing begins on day 91, on the plan you choose.
When You Need More
Work beyond your plan, such as new pages, new features, or design changes, is billed at $150 per hour. We always quote the work and get your approval before we begin. No surprises on your invoice.
Common Questions
What counts as a content update on the Care plan?
Text edits, image swaps, and minor adjustments to existing pages. New pages, new features, and redesign work are quoted separately.
Does unused update time roll over?
No. The monthly hour is there when you need it and resets each month. This keeps the plan simple and the price low.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. If your needs change, contact us and we will move you to the plan that fits.
Do you offer care plans for websites you did not build?
No. We only maintain websites we have built. This is how we make sure every site we care for meets our standards for security and performance.
What if my site goes down?
We monitor uptime continuously. In most cases we are working on the issue before you notice it. You can also contact us anytime.
